CoinDesk reports that Jump Crypto’s Firedancer program now requires a nonrefundable burn of 1 SOL per bug report, including invalid or duplicate submissions. Reports without a burn cannot receive rewards. Jump says AI-assisted submissions have increased review costs: an earlier audit competition received 809 reports but found 127 unique security issues. Rewards are temporarily increased through Nov. 20, with eligible critical Alpenglow findings qualifying for up to $300,000. The fee is a submission rule, not a network transaction charge.
